Internal Complaint Committee
National Fire Service College (NFSC), Nagpur has zero tolerance policy against discrimination and sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is a punishable offence under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013. To provide a protection against discrimination and sexual harassment of women at workplace and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment, following Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) has been constituted in NFSC, Nagpur to ensure time bound treatment of the complaints.
