AGNI–2026 Fest Inaugurated at National Fire Service College Nagpur, March 23, 2026: The annual fest AGNI–2026 was inaugurated with great enthusiasm at NFSC, Nagpur, in the presence of esteemed international delegates, dignitaries, faculty, and students. Addressing the gathering, Dr. A. R. Sontake, Director, NFSC, highlighted the fest as a platform for excellence in sports, cultural, and technical domains. He warmly welcomed the visiting Russian delegation led by Mr. Ivan Sergeev, emphasizing the importance of global collaboration, academic exchange, and innovation in fire engineering and safety. He appreciated the efforts of student-led clubs—Sports, DRR, SAFER, and Cultural—for organizing the event and encouraged participants to engage with passion, discipline, and integrity. The ceremony featured the lighting of the torch, mascot unveiling, and a flag show by participating teams, showcasing vibrant energy and unity. Agni–2026 is set to host a wide range of activities aimed at fostering teamwork, innovation, and overall professional development. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks and best wishes for the success of AGNI-2026.
