Director, National Fire Service College, Sh. He highlighted systematic identification of high-risk zones, proper maintenance of electrical and medical gas systems, reliable detection and suppression arrangements, and structured, priority-based evacuation plans for critical patients—stressing the need to cultivate a proactive culture of safety and continuous preparedness.
