A chapter closes, but a legacy of excellence lives on. A heartfelt farewell was accorded to Shri Nagesh B Shingane, Director of the National Fire Service College NFSC, on his retirement from the esteemed position. The occasion was graciously marked by the presence of distinguished dignitaries including Shri Romil Baniya IPS DDG; Shri Prasant Lonkar, Fire Adviser; Shri R M Kshirsagar, Former Director, NFSC; and Dr A R Sontake, Professor, NFSC. Shri Vivek Srivastava IPS, Former Director General of Fire Service, Home Guards and Civil Defence, joined virtually to convey his congratulations and best wishes to Shri Shingane on this special occasion. The event was also graced by his friends, family, and colleagues. NFSC will always cherish the memories and milestones achieved under his guidance.
